It's now easy to send AND receive faxes via Outlook or other preferred email address. No more need for clunky old machines or fax roll and you can do it while in an internet cafe or on the move.

Once you have one of our memorable fax numbers, all you do to send a fax is to create a message in your email system, such as Outlook, as you normally would, enter the receivers fax number with our domain as in customerfaxnumber@GBfax.com and press Send.

You'll then receive email notifications from us that it's been successfully sent and if need be, you can also attach a Word doc file or pdf too.

All inbound faxes will be emailed to you as pdf attachments so you can save them somewhere secure or print them out if need be.
